DropDev for CRV Construction
Setup paid · your plan, updated after July 18

You're in.
Now let's clean the house.

The Foundation Setup is paid and we're ready to roll. Here's your plan going forward: your $50/mo command center, the phone lines we're setting up, and the deal on new jobs. While your team is out until August 2, I'll move your Smartsheet over and get Melissa up to speed so you come back to a system that's ready to go.

See the plan

The front door is $50 a month.

It takes the place of Smartsheet, so it's the same money you already pay, just a much better tool. Everything else sits on top of it, and you only pay for what actually brings you jobs.

$50/mo
LayerOne, billed monthly
Takes the place of Smartsheet (~$50/mo).
Same money you pay now.
  • Every call, text, WhatsApp and website message in one inbox
  • Your crew can drop new leads in right from the field, so Melissa isn't retyping everything
  • See every lead from first knock to booked to paid
  • Post to your Google page so you show up higher on the map
  • Ask every happy customer for a review on its own, so 40 reviews becomes hundreds
  • After hours, the AI answers so you never lose a late-night call
The Plan

Clean the house first, then win the street.

Three moves, in order. Tap each one to see what's inside.

01
LayerOne: your command center
$50/mo

Your whole business in one place, for the same money you already spend on Smartsheet. The difference is this one actually helps you sell.

  • One inbox for every call, text and message, so nothing slips
  • Tag customers by job (roofing, HVAC) so you can text the right ones later
  • A pipeline board, your Google calendar, and leads your crew can add from the field
  • Automatic review requests and Google posts to help you rank higher
02
Foundation Setup: get everything moved over
Paid ✓

Done and paid. This is the one-time setup that gets everything moved over so the rest just works. Here's what it covers:

  • Move your Smartsheet list (thousands of customers) into LayerOne
  • Set up one company number that rings the whole team, with AI after hours
  • Clean up your name online: one name, one number, and your Google and main listings fixed so Google stops seeing three different CRVs
  • Turn on the review requests and set up your pipeline
  • Sit down with Melissa and the crew so everyone actually uses it
03
Your phone lines
~$2/mo each

The part that isn't in the setup, because it depends on how many lines you want. My advice is two, so you ramp up faster and keep sales and office separate.

  • One shared CRV sales line that rings the whole team (round-robin, or it goes to whoever you pick first), with the AI picking up after hours so no call gets missed
  • One line just for Melissa for inside sales and follow-up, so her personal number stays private
  • Each number runs about $2/mo, on your regular LayerOne bill
  • Turn on WhatsApp for the account for a $20 one-time setup, so customers can message you there too
  • I'll have your numbers set up and ready before your team is back on August 2
04
Wake up your old customers
$150 / closed job

Your first campaign. Instead of paying for cold leads, we go back to the hundreds of customers you already earned over the years.

  • Text your whole customer list from your new company number
  • Offer them what they haven't bought yet: HVAC for your roofing customers, a roof check every time it rains, referrals
  • The AI keeps following up so nobody gets forgotten
  • You only pay $150 when one of these turns into a signed, closed job, and nothing for the texts, the follow-ups, or appointments that don't close
  • This is only for jobs my campaigns bring you. The work you already have coming in, your own calls, and the crew's door-to-door sales are yours, I never charge on those
05
What's next, when you're ready
Future

Once your list is working, we go after new customers too. Each of these is priced on its own, whenever you want it.

  • AI Xactimate estimates in Juan's exact format, built in minutes from photos and measurements, so the crew spends less time on paperwork
  • Roofing ads built around your real edge: you stay with the homeowner through the whole insurance claim, even when it gets denied, until they get their roof
  • A website tune-up: your team's faces and your best jobs, like El Paso Country Club and Montessori, up front and clean on phones, so new customers see the real work behind CRV

Timeline

How we get there

Slow and steady. We fix the inside before we go after the street, and we don't get in the way of the jobs you've already got going.

While you're out (now – Aug 2)
Clean the house
Move Smartsheet over, build your pipeline, set up your two numbers, clean up your name online, and get Melissa comfortable in the system.
The week you're back
Go live
Your inbox is live, everyone's on the new line, and every finished job asks the customer for a review on its own.
From there
Win the street
Your first campaign wakes up your old customers and books jobs. After that: roofing ads, Xactimate, and the website, whenever you're ready.

What happens next

1
Move over while you're outSetup is paid, so I get started now: move your Smartsheet data into LayerOne and Google Sheets, build your pipeline, clean up your name, and set your two numbers up ready to go.
2
Get Melissa up to speedI'll work with Melissa during the window your team is away so she's comfortable in the new system, and everyone's on the new line, before you're back on August 2.
3
Run the first campaignOnce you're back, we text your old customers from your new number and start putting closed jobs on the board.

You're set up. One quick thing to get rolling.

Setup is paid and I start the migration while your team is out. The only thing I need from you: put a card on file in your LayerOne portal so your $50/mo platform and your two phone lines can run without you thinking about it. Three steps, two minutes:

1. Log in at portal.mylayerone.com. Your login goes to xavier@crvcompany.com. First time in? Hit "Forgot password" with that email.
2. Open Settings, then Billing.
3. Add your card. That's it. I handle everything else.
Open your LayerOne portal
Your plan: $50/mo for the platform, about $2/mo per number, and a one-time $20 to switch on WhatsApp. On new jobs, you only ever pay $150 when a job I bring you actually closes, nothing on your own work.

Two things worth adding

You don't need these to start. Add them once the house is clean. This is how the brand actually gets built and how your team gets comfortable.

Build the brand

Brand Foundation Session

$500 · one working session

A half-day, sitting down with you and your team. This is where CRV finally gets one look and one name, the thing the McAllen guys have and you don't yet.

  • Pick one name and one look everywhere people find you
  • Build the roofing and insurance-claim message nobody else in El Paso is using
  • Get your team's faces and your best jobs (El Paso Country Club, Montessori) for the brand and the website
Get comfortable

AI Training for You & Your Team

First session included · then $300 / session

You said it yourself: you want to bring Melissa and the team along, not get left behind. I teach this for a living, so I'll make sure you actually use these tools, not just pay for them.

  • Hands-on with Gemini and the Google Workspace you already pay for
  • How to run the CRM day to day without it feeling like too much
  • Simple automations that save Melissa hours every week
